wvip Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Playing

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and wvip ("wvip", "we", "us", "the Platform"). These Terms apply to all use of the wvip website, mobile browser interface, and any services offered through the wvip platform, including but not limited to casino games, live casino, sports betting, and promotional offers.

By accessing the wvip platform in any capacity — whether by browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager — you signify your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the wvip platform.

To register and maintain an account on the wvip platform, the following eligibility requirements must be met at all times. wvip reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage and to close accounts where eligibility criteria are not satisfied.

2. You must be acting on your own behalf and for your own personal entertainment — not on behalf of a third party, not as part of a syndicate, and not for any commercial purpose.
3. You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration, including your real name, date of birth, and mobile number. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
4. You may hold only one wvip account. Creating duplicate accounts, whether under the same identity or a different identity, is a breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being suspended and balances being forfeited.
5. You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of wvip or any of its affiliated game providers or technology partners.

4. Account Registration & Security

Registration on the wvip platform is free of charge. Each registration must be completed with accurate personal details. By completing registration, you warrant that all information provided is true, current and complete.

Account Responsibilities

1. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your mobile number, password or any one-time passwords with any other person under any circumstances.
2. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify wvip support immediately.
3. wvip will never ask for your password through any channel — including live chat, email, phone or SMS. Any communication purporting to be from wvip requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent.
4. wvip uses SSL encryption on all pages and transactions. You should ensure that your device is free from malware and that you access wvip only from trusted networks. Using public Wi-Fi to access your account is at your own risk.

Account Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting wvip support. Before closure, any outstanding real-money balance that has been verified and cleared will be returned to your registered mobile wallet. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

wvip accepts deposits via the following payment methods commonly used by players in Bangladesh. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits made in a different currency are not accepted.

1. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum single deposit limit; however, transaction limits imposed by your mobile wallet provider (such as bKash or Nagad daily limits) will apply.
2. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. wvip does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit originating from a third-party account may be reversed and the player account may be subject to a review.
3. wvip does not charge any platform-side fee on standard deposits. However, fees charged by your mobile wallet or bank are outside our control and are borne by the player.
4. Once a deposit has been confirmed and credited to your account, it cannot be reversed by the player. If you believe a deposit has been incorrectly processed, contact wvip support immediately with your transaction reference.

Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of verified real-money funds at any time from within the wvip cashier section. Withdrawals are returned to the same mobile wallet from which the original deposit was made.

1. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
2. Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 to 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand, during scheduled maintenance, or when additional account verification is required.
3. wvip reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation before processing any withdrawal. This may include a copy of a government-issued identity document and confirmation of the payment method being used. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in the withdrawal request being declined.
4. Bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds that have not completed their rollover will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

wvip offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions.

1. All bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to real-money and withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.
2. Welcome bonuses are available only to newly registered players making their first qualifying deposit. A player may only claim a welcome bonus once. Subsequent deposits do not qualify for welcome bonus treatment.
3. Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, redeemed for cash directly without completing wagering requirements, or applied retroactively to deposits that were made before the promotion was active.
4. wvip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event that a promotion is withdrawn, players who have already opted in and made a qualifying deposit will have their bonus honoured under the original promotion terms.
5. Participating in any promotion on the wvip platform with the intent to exploit, abuse, or circumvent the spirit of the promotion — including through coordinated wagering, arbitrage betting, or use of multiple accounts — is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings.
6. Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are credited to specific slot games as stated in the promotion. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games and betting markets available on the wvip platform operate under the rules defined by the respective game providers and sports data suppliers. By placing a wager, you accept the specific rules governing that game or market. The following general gameplay conditions apply across all product categories on wvip.

1. All bets and game rounds are final once confirmed. wvip does not reverse confirmed wagers except in cases where a technical error is identified that demonstrably affected the outcome of the game round or bet.
2. In the event of a disconnection during a game round or live bet, the round will be completed according to the game server's recorded state. wvip is not responsible for connectivity issues on the player's side that result in interrupted sessions.
3. The minimum and maximum stake amounts per game are set by the individual game provider and will be displayed within the game interface before you place a wager. These limits may vary by game type, table, and player account tier.
4. Sports betting markets are subject to settlement rules specific to each sport and event type. In the event of an event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, bets will be settled according to wvip's sports betting settlement policy as communicated in the betting interface at the time of the event.
5. wvip uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology in all virtual and slot game products. This ensures that game outcomes are statistically random and not influenced by any external factors, including previous game results or player account history.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

1. Registering more than one account on the wvip platform, whether under your own identity or any other identity.
2. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with games without genuine human input.
3. Engaging in collusion with other players, including sharing information about hand cards in live table games or coordinating bets to exploit promotional structures.
4. Depositing funds obtained through unlawful means or using wvip for any money-laundering, fraud, or financial crime purpose. wvip complies with anti-money-laundering best practices and will report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities.
5. Providing false personal information during registration or during any KYC verification process, including use of a false name, date of birth, or identity document belonging to another person.
6. Accessing the platform on behalf of another person, accepting deposits or making withdrawals on behalf of another player, or in any way acting as an intermediary between wvip and a third party.

9. Responsible Gaming

wvip is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with the tools and information they need to stay in control of their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all registered players from within the account settings.

1. Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased for a period of 24 hours. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately.
2. Session Time Reminders: Players may enable session time reminders that notify them after a set period of continuous play. This feature is designed to help players maintain awareness of time spent on the platform.
3. Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the player's account will be restricted from placing new wagers and making new deposits. Existing withdrawal requests will continue to be processed.
4. Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is having a negative impact on their life may request permanent self-exclusion. Once self-exclusion is applied, the account will be closed and the player will be prevented from opening a new account on the platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible and is not subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the wvip platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, button designs, layout, software, and the compilation of all content — is the property of wvip or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the wvip platform without express written permission.

The wvip name, logo and all related trademarks are the exclusive property of wvip. Unauthorised use of wvip's trademarks, including in domain names, social media handles, advertising materials or any public-facing communications, is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wvip's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall be limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. wvip expressly excludes liability for the following.

1. Any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, or anticipated savings arising from your use of the wvip platform, whether caused by technical failure, human error, or any other reason.
2. Service interruptions, maintenance downtime, or platform unavailability, regardless of the cause or duration, provided that wvip takes reasonable steps to minimise such disruption and to notify players where practicable.
3. Any loss or damage resulting from a player's failure to keep their login credentials secure, including losses arising from unauthorised account access that was made possible by the player sharing or inadequately protecting their credentials.
4. Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind, even if wvip has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Amendments to These Terms

wvip reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it substantively changes player rights or obligations — wvip will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the platform prior to the amendment taking effect. Non-material clarifications and corrections may be made without notice.

Your continued use of the wvip platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 4 of these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the wvip platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication with the wvip support team. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through this channel.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct support communication within a reasonable period, the matter may be escalated to formal dispute resolution in accordance with the procedures outlined by wvip at that time. wvip's decision on all matters relating to gameplay outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status is final pending the outcome of any formal escalation process.
